UGH seriously why can’t this pain at least be here all the time so I know what to do with it. It comes in these ridiculous waves one day and then isn’t there at all the next day. It’s been really bad for about 18 hours and interfered with my sleep which hasn’t happened before. I tried to cough this morning and nearly threw up oh man it was an ungodly noise

Gotta get me to a doc but I’m worried they’ll just send me away with painkillers which happens a lot with mystery pain. Also my chemist fucked up really badly so I don’t want to go anywhere near them (the chemist is underneath the doc’s surgery)

It’s like man, what if this is something bad. I don’t care how serious it is anymore, I just want to know what it is. I’m doing everything right but there is NO PATTERN to this thing. Why can’t I just have a fever as well and have like diverticulitis or something. At least then it wouldn’t be looming mystery. I don’t care how sick I have to get to find out what it is anymore.
